Michael Krupp brought us in to develop the identity, collateral and website for his latest restaurant, AREA FOUR. With a focus on the main elements of the space (fire, wood, cement) and drawing from their clean, Kendall Square architecture, we came up with a minimalist logo that ties back to the city-zoning concept of their namesake.
The funnest part of this project? Getting to make a custom branding iron with the logo and testing it out on, well, every piece of wood we could find... and getting to test-drive all the different pizzas wasn't too bad either.
