Well, it's true what they say - if you put something out into the universe, it will happen. 

Just this past weekend, while beaching it up in Portsmouth with some friends, I was saying (also on twitter) how over the blackberry I was... and how I really needed to make the (logical as a designer) move to the iphone... 

So the universe heard my cries and this morning, after returning from Sportello for coffee, discovered my dear little blackberry was completely missing in action. I went back to the shop, nothing there. Went to the mailbox where I mailed a check, nothing (and yes, I stood with my ear to it while I called from Lizzie's phone). I gave it a few hours, thinking if someone saw it and picked it up, they just might find their way back to me, all good-samaritan like... nothing. 

So, in a panic, I start calling all the apple stores, best-buys, at&t stores, knowing full well that everyone under the sun is out of the 4g... THEN, I got an little tip from a friend telling me the Natick store got a shipment today! Jumped in my car, ran through the mall, got the phone (after 1.5 hours of them setting everything, up and doing god-knows-what), good to go...

What happens when I get back you're wondering? Well of course, seeing as how it's now 4:30, I go to the fridge to grab the sandwhich I so cleverly bought at the same time as my coffee for later and low and behold... my blackberry is in the bag. IN THE FRIDGE THIS WHOLE TIME.

Day = wasted.
Blackberry = cold and account closed.
iPhone 4g = already dropped 3 calls.
Me = oddly happy but annoyed

... guess I got what I asked for? xx

Did you get a case or a bumper?? Dav hasn't had any issues with dropped calls since he put a case on his

yeah i got a case - ordered the bumper too (they didn't have it in the store)
